Consent Form for the Processing of Personal Data
Version 1.1 · updated on
This Consent Form describes, in accordance with Brazilian Federal Law No. 13,709/2018 (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais — LGPD), the personal data processing operations carried out by the Nuni Finance platform that depend on your freely given, informed and unambiguous consent (Article 8 of the LGPD).
By giving your consent, you acknowledge the purposes below and authorize the processing of your data strictly for those purposes.
1. Data controller
The controller responsible for decisions concerning the processing is the Nuni Finance platform. Questions and requests regarding your data may be submitted to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) through the channels provided in the Privacy Policy.
2. Purposes subject to your consent
This consent covers only the following optional operations. Essential account features (registration, authentication and financial management itself) are processed for the performance of the contract (Article 7, V) and do not depend on this Consent Form.
- Phone number and WhatsApp integration. Use of your phone number to enable support and commands through WhatsApp. For this purpose, the number is shared with Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API).
- Artificial Intelligence financial assistant. Sending your conversation history and the financial context required to an external large language model (LLM) provider to generate the analyses and recommendations you request.
- Data sharing in collaborative groups. Displaying your transactions, goals and other records to members of groups you choose to join, according to the permissions granted.
3. Personal data processed
Depending on the authorized purpose, the following data may be processed: phone number, messages exchanged with the assistant, financial data you add (transactions, amounts, categories and goals), and data you choose to share in groups.
4. Sharing and international data transfers
For WhatsApp and Artificial Intelligence features, personal data may be transmitted to external processors (for example, Meta and the LLM provider) that may process information on servers located outside Brazil, which constitutes an international data transfer (Articles 33 through 36 of the LGPD). Applicable safeguards are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Duration of processing
Processing continues while this consent remains in effect and is necessary for the stated purposes, subject to applicable statutory retention periods.
6. Your rights as a data subject (Article 18 of the LGPD)
At any time, you may request: confirmation that processing exists; access to your data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in violation of the law; data portability; deletion of data processed based on consent; information about sharing; and information about the possibility and consequences of withholding consent.
7. Withdrawal of consent (Article 8, paragraph 5 of the LGPD)
This consent is freely given and may be withdrawn at any time, upon request and at no cost. Withdrawal stops processing for the associated optional purposes and may disable the corresponding features (for example, WhatsApp support or the AI assistant). It does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal or operations based on other legal grounds.
8. Consequences of withholding consent
Withholding consent does not prevent you from using the platform's essential features. It only makes the optional features described in Section 2 unavailable.
